Augmentation System

GNSS Augmentation Systems are technologies deployed in space, air, or ground aiming to enhance accuracy and precision of positioning around specific areas. By computing GNSS signals over these specific areas and sending corrections in real time, Augmentation Systems provide a complement of information to end users to improve their positioning.

Augmentation Systems can be Ground-based (GBAS) or Satellite-based (SBAS).
